Can I return my candle?

Unopened, unused items sold by The Opening Day LLC in new condition may be returned for a full refund within 3 days of purchase, buyer must pay shipping costs, if required. Items that are opened, used, damaged, or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. Your items need to have the receipt or proof of purchase in order to complete a return.

All items purchased at a popup event/vendor market, custom, personalized, and clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email theopeningday@aol.com within 3 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
